A Joyful Noise

My mom is here for four days and we're spending some time together, as I haven't seen her for more than two months. She wanted to have a walk through Ciutadella's park, and we took some beautiful pictures in there!

Marathon Night Baetulo

Last week Laia and I participated at the Marathon Night Baetulo, a charity event at Badalona. Saray asked us some time ago to help her with this and we of course accepted!

In total, we paraded twice with two clothing brands: D-India and Fashion Pills. We had SO much fun and learned some model's tricks thanks to Joanna!

I really liked what I chose from D-India; and I created an 'Acampadabcn' look using the yellow, white and black colours of the clothes from Fashion Pills. This was the result!

The only limit for art is our imagination.

Last Saturday night it was the night of the museums here at Barcelona, and I went with Vic and Ester to the MNAC (National Art Museum of Catalunya). They've got a vast art collection from gothic, baroque and modern periods, as some beautiful statues. Let's have a look!

I love these types of proposals to encourage people to visit art museums; it's something that you always do when you're in a foreign country but you almost never do at your own. 

We also listened to some good jazz music they were playing at the museum. Gorgeous. 

My look from that day was very simple, as I didn't plan anything and I was dressed for work; anyway, the day was grey and I decided to wear some pink, so before leaving I asked Vic to take me some pictures!

After a few days at Plaça Catalunya, we've moved the action near my home, to protest against one of the biggest banks in our country: La Caixa.

Anyway, I've been so busy with this during the whole week, but today there's something special happening: I'm collaborating with Baetulo Fashion Night!

Since 2009, Baetulo has been raising money for NGOs and solidarity associations. This year, Saray is one of the organizers and she asked for some help from her blogger friends, and of course, there I go! I'm so happy about doing this, as it is for a good cause :)

By the way, do you like my new polka dos dress? Yes, I know I'm a polka dots addict, but it looks so cute and perfect for summer!

Sing for r-Evolution #12m15m

We did it. Almost one year later, yesterday we took the streets and the square again; we keep on fighting for our future and for the future of those we love. The #15m movement is not dead, it is ALIVE and we keep on fighting for our rights.

So that day, I put on my creeper shoes and one of my cutest skirt, and worked with my mates of @Acampadabcn for showing the world that we're still angry with the governments, the banks and all the corrupt people; and that we believe that a better world can be made.
