Primavera Sound Festival day III: The hand that feeds.

The last day of the Primavera Sound Festival also rained, but that didn't stop me going there to enjoy good music. That day there were expecting me the mythical Television, Nine Inch Nails and Foals, among others ... and I wasn't going to lose it for anything in the world!

El último día del Festival Primavera Sound también llovió, pero éso no me impidió el ir a disfrutar de la buena música. Aquel día me esperaban los míticos Televisions, Nine Inch Nails y Foals, entre otros... ¡y no me los iba a perder por nada del mundo!

That night ended with daylight because we were dancing until the session ended DJ Coco. The truth is that while it has not been as mythical as last year's edition, yes I have enjoyed (despite not having Andrew with me, or have not been 100%, or have had a heartbeat after meeting certain people).

Aquella noche finalizó ya de día, pues estuvimos bailando hasta que terminó la sesión de DJ Coco. La verdad es que, si bien no ha sido una edición tan mítica como la del pasado año, sí que la he disfrutado mucho (a pesar de no tener a Andrés conmigo, o de no haber estado al 100%, o de haber tenido un vuelco al corazón por encontrarme con determinadas personas). 

Definitely next year I will repeat, especially since it is the 15th anniversary of the festival!

Sin duda, el año que viene volveré a repetir, ¡sobre todo porque es el 15 aniversario del festival!

Hello everyone!

By the time you're reading this, surely I'll be having surgery for a breast reduction.

As many of you know, I've had enough back pain, dizziness and various problems caused by my breasts. Finally, after several medical difficulties, I'm finally having surgery today.

I'll spend a couple of weeks pretty shitty, but I know that everything is a change for the better, especially in terms of my quality of life.

Anyway, I have left some entries scheduled to continue telling you things; taking the opportunity to publish experiences and stuff that I had not shown before.

As soon as I feel a little better, I'll write to you about all this.

¡Hola a todos!

Para cuando estéis leyendo esto, seguramente yo estaré en un quirófano sometiéndome a una operación de reducción de pecho.

Como muchos sabéis, he tenido bastantes dolores en la espalda, vértigos y diferentes problemas causados por mis pechos. Finalmente, tras varias dificultades médicas, hoy por fin me opero.

Voy a pasar un par de semanas bastante jodida, pero sé que todo es un cambio a mejor, sobre todo en cuanto a mi calidad de vida.

No obstante, os he dejado algunas entradas programadas para seguir contándoos cosas; aprovecharé para publicar experiencias y cositas que no os había enseñado hasta ahora.

En cuanto me encuentre un poco mejor, os contaré qué tal a ido todo.

Primavera Sound Festival day II: rain & love

The second day of the Primavera Sound festival left us many beautiful things: music, good feelings, much positivism and a beautiful double rainbow after a flood.

El segundo día del festival Primavera Sound nos dejó muchas cosas bonitas: música, buenas sensaciones, mucho positivismo y un doble arco iris precioso tras un diluvio.  

We started very early, at 5 pm; as first there were playing in the Ray-Ban stage our beloved The Last 3 Lines. I speak in plural because, throughout that day, my friend Vane came with me to almost every concert.

It is difficult to express in words what the performance of The Last 3 Lines generated to us. First, you know that I love this band, and I think they deserved to have played in this (and many other festivals) much earlier. The performance was round, full of energy; and we were fortunate that, while they were playing, wore a great sun, which caused many curious we will come out to listen and discover.

Comenzábamos muy pronto, a las 5 de la tarde; ya que en primer lugar tocaban en el escenario Ray-Ban nuestros queridísimos The Last 3 Lines. Hablo en plural porque a lo largo de aquel día, mi amiga Vane me acompañó a casi todos los conciertos.

Es difícil expresar con palabras lo que la actuación de The Last 3 Lines nos generaba a todos. En primer lugar, sabéis que adoro a esta banda, y considero que se merecían haber actuado en este (y otros muchos festivales) mucho antes. La actuación fue redonda, cargada de energía; y tuvimos la suerte que, mientras tocaban, lució un sol estupendo, lo cual provocó que muchos curiosos se acercaran a escucharlos y descubrirlos.

Then it started raining almost as if the sky will overwhelm us, and didn't stop until an hour. Fortunately, I was prepared for rain!

Later we enjoyed the performance of Slowdive, one of the most moving of the entire festival; it was so beautiful that both just crying!

Después comenzó a llover casi como si el cielo se nos echara encima, y no paró hasta pasada una hora. Afortunadamente, ¡iba preparada para la lluvia!

Más tarde disfrutamos de la actuación de Slowdive, una de las más emotivas de todo el festival; ¡fue tan preciosa que ambas acabamos llorando!

Primavera Sound Festival day I: pin-up look

Last week was held in Barcelona the Primavera Sound Festival, certainly for many people the musical event of the year, which draws persons from many parts of Europe and even around the world.

La semana pasada en Barcelona se celebró el Primavera Sound, sin duda para muchos el evento musical del año, al cual acuden personas de muchos lugares de Europa e incluso del mundo.

As you know, I am a big fan of music and I enjoy live concerts. I think there is nothing in the world that makes me feel more alive, and whenever I can, I try to enjoy a good concert.

Music festivals are a great opportunity to enjoy a lot of groups; for many hours you can listen to good music and discovering new bands. That is why we always try to go comfortably, but without sacrificing my style; even when the weather is a little crazy, as happened on this occasion. 

Como ya sabéis, soy una gran aficionada a la música y a disfrutar de conciertos en directo. Creo que no hay nada en el mundo que me haga sentir más viva, y siempre que puedo, intento disfrutar de un buen concierto.

Los festivales de música son una estupenda posibilidad para disfrutar de un montón de grupos; durante muchas horas puedes escuchar buena música y descubrir nuevas bandas. Es por ello que siempre intento ir cómoda, pero sin renunciar a mi estilo; más aún cuando el clima está un poco alterado, como pasó en esta ocasión.

To complement it, nothing better than a headscarf for the hair and a pair of creepers shoe style, which give a touch rockabilly style to the outfit but let you dance comfortably.

No obstante, el primer día lucía el sol, y yo me animé a estrenar este precioso vestido de lunares de la marca Morgan. Para complementarlo, nada mejor que un pañuelo a la cabeza y unos zapatos de estilo creepers, los cuales le dan un toque algo rocakbilly al look pero te permiten bailar con comodidad.

The first day I discovered the Chilean band Föllakzoid, which were seemed spectacular with its Krautrock sound. I also saw Real Estate, but they didn't passionated me a lot, and whose concert I left half to address the Vice scenario for Girl Band, whose music made ​​the audience jump. The first day I also enjoy Future Islands, who I can only describe with one word: WONDERFUL. Chvrches, some Arcade Fire, Shellac and Touché Amoré, who were for me the best of the day, were some other bands that I enjoyed.

El primer día descubrí a la banda chilena Föllakzoid, los cuales me parecieron espectaculares con su sonido Krautrock. También vi a Real Estate, los cuales no me apasionaron mucho, y cuya actuación dejé a la mitad para dirigirme al escenario Vice a disfrutar de Girl Band, cuya música hizo saltar a los asistentes. Durante la primera jornada también disfrute de Future Islands, a los cuales sólo puedo describir con una palabra: MARAVILLOSOS. Chvrches, un poco de Arcade fire, Shellac y Touché Amoré, quienes fueron para mí lo mejor del día, fueron algunas otras bandas de las que disfruté.
